Payments

Payments for services or digital products must be made using the payment methods available on this website.

For design services, a deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is payable upon completion or as agreed in advance.

For strategy sessions, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Deposits and Project Work

For brand design or website design projects, a deposit is required to secure your booking in the design schedule.

Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Because these products are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable unless required by law.

All digital content is for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, resold or redistributed without permission.

Intellectual Property

remains the intellectual property of LG Insightful Brands unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may use purchased materials for your own business but they may not be reproduced, sold or distributed.

Delays in providing necessary information may affect project timelines.
